Article Processing Charges (APC)
APCs vary by article type to reflect differences in editorial and production requirements:
1. Research Articles: USD 150
2. Review Articles: USD 120
3. Case Studies: USD 100
4. Short Communications: USD 80
These fees cover the cost of peer review coordination, editorial management, typesetting, formatting, digital hosting, indexing, and long-term archiving.
1. No Submission Fees: Authors are not charged for submitting manuscripts or undergoing peer review.
2. Post-Acceptance Only: APCs are payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.
3. Invoice & Payment: Accepted manuscripts receive an invoice with detailed instructions for payment.

IJMCR is committed to equitable access and supports authors facing financial challenges.
1. Eligibility: Authors from low-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) or those with no research funding may apply.
2. Application: A waiver request must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.
3. Documentation: Proof of institutional affiliation, research funding status, or a statement of financial need may be required.
4. Decision: Waiver decisions are made on a case-by-case basis by the Editorial Office.
1. Rejection or Withdrawal (Pre-acceptance): No APC is charged.
2. Post-publication: APCs are non-refundable once an article is published.
3. Technical Issues: In rare cases of technical failure preventing publication, APCs will be fully refunded.
