Editorial Policies

The editorial team operates independently and makes decisions free from any external influence, including financial or institutional pressures. Manuscripts are accepted solely based on academic merit, relevance, and originality.

The journal's editorial board includes an Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors, Section Editors, and International Advisory Members. All members are selected based on subject expertise, research credentials, and experience in academic publishing.

2. Maintaining confidentiality of submitted manuscripts
3. Preventing conflicts of interest in decision-making
4. Implementing COPE guidelines for retractions, corrections, and misconduct

Editors are selected based on academic qualifications, publication record, and commitment to the journal’s mission. The board is periodically reviewed to ensure diversity, subject representation, and global participation.

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief, considering reviewer feedback, author response, and the journal’s editorial scope.

IJMCR maintains an editorial board with international diversity, ensuring at least 30% of members are affiliated with institutions outside the journal’s country of origin. This reflects the global scope and reach of the journal.

All communication with authors is carried out through official email channels. Editorial decisions, reviewer comments, and revision instructions are shared promptly and transparently.

Any complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions are handled by an independent ethics committee. Editors found in violation of ethical practices are removed from the board after due investigation.

Note: Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold the ethical policies of IJMCR in all communications and actions related to manuscript processing.

1. LOCKSS: Enables decentralized and secure storage across multiple partner libraries worldwide.
2. CLOCKSS: We support CLOCKSS for long-term preservation and content authenticity.
3. PKP PN: As an OJS-compatible journal, we utilize the PKP Preservation Network for automated backup.
4. Institutional and Cloud Backups: Full journal backups are maintained on secure cloud servers and institutional storage.

Authors are encouraged to deposit their published works in reputable repositories such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, Zenodo, and institutional open-access repositories. All published articles remain permanently accessible in PDF format from our website with unique links.
