Purpose

This statement ensures that all research involving human participants submitted to IJMCR adheres to internationally recognized ethical standards. Participants must be fully informed about the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits before participation.

Informed Consent

  1. Written informed consent must be obtained from all participants prior to inclusion in the study.

  2. Participation should be voluntary, without any coercion.

  3. For vulnerable populations (e.g., minors, patients, or individuals unable to give consent), consent must be obtained from legally authorized representatives.

Confidentiality

  1. Participant information must be treated confidentially.

  2. Identifiable data should be anonymized unless explicit consent for disclosure is obtained.

  3. Data management must comply with ethical and legal standards to protect privacy.

Ethical Approval

  1. Studies involving human subjects require approval from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee.

  2. Manuscripts must include the name of the ethics committee, approval number, and date of approval.

Author Declaration

By submitting to IJMCR, authors confirm that:

  1. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants (or their legal guardians).

  2. The study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant local regulations.

  3. No participant data were collected without informed consent.

Sample Declaration in Manuscript:
"All participants provided written informed consent prior to participation. The study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee (Approval No.: XXXX; Date: DD/MM/YYYY)."
